We require photographic identification and proof of address upon booking.
Minor and temporary alterations may be carried out on rental dresses at our discretion. Charges for such services will be clearly notified to you at the time of booking.
All dresses hired must be returned within three days of collection.
Upon collection, we would urge you to try on the dress to ensure you are happy with it, as you are deemed to be happy with the condition of the dress once you have left the store.
A non-refundable booking deposit of €50 is taken when booking a rental dress. However, this is deductable from the overall cost of the dress hire. If a booking is cancelled at any stage, you will lose this deposit.
A security deposit of €50 will be taken for each rental booking. This security deposit will be refunded upon return of the dress to us, provided the dress is returned in the same condition as received by you.
You are responsible for the dress while it is in your care. All dresses should be returned to us in the same condition as received by you. In the event that a dress is damaged while in your care we will charge you for such damage, either by retaining your security deposit, or by charging you the full price of the dress if damaged beyond repair. If a dress is lost or stolen while in your care you will be charged the full price of the dress.
Each dress is carefully cleaned and maintained after each rental. Hire dresses are replaced regularly, to ensure each dress is in excellent condition. However, it must be understood that each dress is a hire dress and it is unlikely the dress you hire will be brand new.
A late penalty fee of €50 will be incurred for each day the dress is overdue.
In the event of a rental dress being damaged beyond repair, lost, or stolen before your event, we will notify you as early as possible. We will do our utmost to accomodate you by replacing the dress or finding an alternative option for you. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to replace the dress.
